Welcome to IntReady, a product of Ivena LLC, a Nevada-based company. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the IntReady platform, tools, and services. By using IntReady, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Use of the Service

IntReady is a platform that helps users generate and tailor resume content using AI and structured inputs. You may use the platform for personal or professional purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your profile, experience, and job inputs.
  • You agree not to submit content that is false, plagiarized, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
  • You will not use the platform to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The IntReady platform, code, design, and content (excluding user-submitted data) are the property of Ivena LLC.
  • You retain ownership of the content you create and enter. Your words remain yours.
  • We may use anonymized, non-identifiable usage patterns to improve our services but we do not use your actual resume content to train third-party models or share it externally.

4. Account Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account or access with others.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact support@intready.com immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
  • Automating access beyond documented APIs (if/when available).
  • Using the service in a way that harms the experience or privacy of others.

6. Limited Beta Notice

IntReady is currently in a limited beta. Features, availability, and outputs may change frequently. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee perfection. AI is powerful, but you're ultimately responsible for what you submit, edit, or share externally.

7. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee job placement or interview results. IntReady is a resume enhancement tool, not a hiring service.
  • The content generated is only as good as the information you provide. It is your responsibility to verify and finalize the resume content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or abuse the service, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Nevada.
